I integrate modalities that support the connection between spirit, mind, and body, creating a harmonious foundation for healing and growth.
In my practice, certain themes consistently emerge: What is mindfulness? How do I know if I’m meditating correctly? How long should I engage in these practices? What’s the point of them? How can I connect with my core self?
These existential yet essential questions hold immense value. They open the door for me to witness, create sacred space, and honor the deeply personal and transformative experiences that unfold—for both my clients and myself.
Many come to this work feeling restless, confused, or longing for clarity, while others arrive with curiosity, energy, and hope. Regardless of where someone starts, these moments of exploration are sacred opportunities to reconnect with the self.
It wouldn’t feel authentic to me to engage in this work without touching on the neuroscience behind the brain-body connection. There’s a simple but profound truth: neurons that fire together, wire together.
When we are in community or intentional practice with another person, our energetic bodies resonate, sending signals beyond our conscious awareness. This creates a composting process—integrating and transforming information within us. When we set an intention rooted in optimism or connection, the energy body responds, seeking to align, connect, and remember.
We are not just the sum of our current experiences. We are a living archive, carrying memories from this lifetime and beyond. Every connection we make—with ourselves, others, and the divine—creates pathways that strengthen our alignment and deepen our capacity to heal and grow.
